Who is Smokemart?

Smokemart is Australia's largest, privately-owned, specialty tobacconist, with over 200 stores nationwide! Here you will find packs, cartons, RYO, filters and papers, and is your go to destination for all things tobacco and smoking related accessories.

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia-wide only.

When will my order arrive?

Regular AUS Post Shipping
Orders sent via Australia Post’s regular shipping service will take between 4 – 7 business days. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, in transit and delivered, so keep an eye out!

Express AUS Post Shipping
Orders sent via Australia Post’s express shipping service will take between 2-3 business days. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, in transit and delivered, so keep an eye out!

Are you able to leave my parcel if no one is home?

No, Australia Post will only deliver your order when it can be signed for by a person 18+. An ID must be presented upon delivery.

Why can’t you ship to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Parcel Lockers or PO Box address. It is against legislation to deliver our products without signing for a parcel, as well as proof of personal identification. If a PO Box or Parcel Locker address is provided, we will contact you for a different address.

What is Digital ID and why do I have to use it?

Digital ID is an acceptable form of photo ID that allows us to confidently confirm your identification. Smokemart uses Digital ID by Australia Post to verify your age and identity when you are purchasing tobacco products online. This is the safest and most secure way to prove and protect your identity. Why can’t you ship to SA?

Tobacco is not available to customers in South Australia via Smokemart online due to legislation, but can be purchased in any of our SA stores!

What if I can’t find the tobacco I want?

We’re sorry you weren’t able to find the tobacco you were after online! However, you may find it at your nearest store. Find your nearest store here: https://smokemart.com.au/store-finder

Returns & Refund

If you have received a faulty item, we may provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund if it meets requirements. Opened tobacco cannot be refunded. Find out more about our returns and refund policy here
